Eligibility for Returns:

• Items must be in the same condition as received, unworn or unused, with tags, and in the original packaging.
• A receipt or proof of purchase is required.
• Returns are accepted for both defective and non-defective products.

To initiate a return, contact us at support@vanoirinspect.com. If your return is accepted, we will provide you with a return shipping label and instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues:
Inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item. We will evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exchanges:
We do not accept exchanges. The quickest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have. Once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
